This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Flokix, including its image stylization, AI dance, image-to-video, and other creative visual features (the "App"). 1. Information We Process Flokix does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, phone number, email address, or other direct identifiers in order to use the App. The App may process the following information only when necessary to provide a feature you request: User-Selected Content: Images, videos, or other media that you voluntarily select or upload for processing. Generated Content: Images, videos, or other results created in response to your request. Basic Technical Information: Limited technical information necessary to establish a secure connection, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and deliver the requested result. We do not use this information to track you across apps or websites. Contact Information: If you voluntarily contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message solely to respond to your request. 2. How User-Selected Content Is Processed When you choose an image, video, or other media file, the App processes that content only to perform the feature you selected and generate the requested output. Flokix does not send user-selected content, facial information, personal data, or generated content to any third-party AI service. All AI processing is performed solely through systems operated and controlled by Flokix. No third-party AI provider receives or processes user content. User-selected content is not used for advertising, user profiling, tracking, sale, data brokerage, or training third-party AI models. 3. Facial Information Some visual features may process images or videos that contain a face. When such content is selected: - Facial characteristics visible in the selected media may be temporarily analyzed only to produce the requested visual effect. - Flokix does not use facial information to identify or authenticate a person. - Flokix does not create facial recognition profiles, biometric templates, or a facial database. - Facial information is not shared with any third-party AI service or other third party. - Facial information is not used for advertising, tracking, profiling, or model training. - Facial information is deleted after processing is completed and is not retained as a persistent identifier. You can avoid facial processing by not selecting media that contains a face or by not using features that require facial content. 4. How We Use Information We use information only for the following purposes: - To provide the feature specifically requested by you. - To process user-selected media and generate the requested result. - To maintain the security, stability, and functionality of the App. - To diagnose technical errors and prevent fraudulent or abusive use. - To respond when you voluntarily contact us. - To comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use your information for targeted advertising, cross-app tracking, data brokerage, or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. 5. No Third-Party AI Processing or Data Sharing Flokix does not integrate with or transmit user data to any third-party AI service. We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise disclose user-selected content, facial information, generated content, or personal information to third parties for their own purposes. Information may be disclosed only when required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Flokix, or others. 6. Permissions Flokix may request access to your photo library, camera, or media storage only when you choose to select, capture, save, or export content. The App does not access your photos or videos without your action and permission. You may deny or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Some features may not function without the permissions needed for that specific feature. 7. Data Retention and Deletion User-selected images, videos, facial information, and other media are retained only for the time reasonably necessary to complete the requested processing and deliver the result. They are then deleted from Flokix's processing systems and are not retained for unrelated purposes. Generated content is saved to your device only when you choose to save or export it. Content stored locally on your device remains under your control and can be deleted through the App or your device. Technical security or error records, if generated, are retained only for the shortest period reasonably necessary for security and troubleshooting and are not used to identify or track you. Emails and related correspondence are retained only as necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, or comply with legal obligations. 8. Data Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information during transmission and processing. These safeguards may include encrypted network transmission, restricted access, and limited retention. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. Although we take reasonable measures to protect information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. 9. Your Choices and Rights Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Because Flokix does not require an account and does not maintain persistent user profiles, we may hold little or no personal information that can be linked back to you.
